The primary responsibility of the Readers is to proclaim the Word of God in the first and second readings of the Mass, and to propose the intentions for the Prayers of the Faithful.
Two Readers share the responsibility at each Mass on the week-end. Rotas as organised in consultation with the wishes of the Readers.
