Facilities’ manager and his team help and advise the Parish Priest on actions needed to maintain and improve the physical space requirements. Team members take on jobs according to their skills and dispositions: “handy man” tasks include periodic monitoring of the facilities, eg, safety checks or inventory of storage areas; coordinating volunteers for “work-days” or for youth service projects and dealing with outside contractors. Additional help is always needed.
